This describes what PredictPix collects, why, and what choices you have.
What we collect
The username you choose; your in-game activity (predictions, positions, points ledger, watchlist, comments, market suggestions); and technical data such as your IP address and timestamps, which we log for security and for the admin audit trail. If you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe processes your payment; we store a Stripe customer reference and invoice metadata (amount, date, status) but never your card number. We only hold an email address if you provide one for receipts or alerts.
How we use it
To run the game and leaderboards, show you the analytics in your account, prevent fraud and abuse, take payment for subscriptions, and send service messages (billing notices and any alerts you turn on). We do not use your data for advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and an email provider if alert emails are enabled. We disclose data if required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
One cookie, used to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Audit and security logs may be kept longer where needed for security or to meet legal obligations. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data except records we must retain.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, opt out of non-essential emails, and request account deletion. Subscribers can manage or cancel billing through the Stripe customer portal linked in the app.
