Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PredictPix (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. What PredictPix is
PredictPix is a play-money forecasting game. You make predictions on the likelihood of future events using points. Points have no monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, purchased, sold, or transferred between users, and are not a financial instrument. No real currency is ever committed to or won from a market. The Service is not gambling, a betting exchange, a securities or derivatives platform, or a money-transmission service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and permitted to use the Service where you live. Keep one account per person and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, break these terms, or create risk for other users.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Analyst, Forecaster Pro) are optional and unlock analytics, data export, alerts, and similar features. They never change your points, a market’s probability, or its outcome. Subscriptions are billed in US dollars through Stripe on a monthly or annual term and renew automatically until cancelled. Your first subscription includes a 7-day free trial. We offer a full refund if you request one within 14 days of your first payment; after that you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period, with no partial refund. We may change plan features or prices with reasonable advance notice.
4. Markets & resolution
Markets are created and resolved by PredictPix administrators according to each market’s stated criteria and resolution source. Resolution decisions are final. We may void a market and return the points committed if a market was created in error, its outcome is genuinely ambiguous, or its resolution source is unavailable.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t operate multiple accounts, manipulate markets or the leaderboard, use bots or automated access except through a permitted API key, scrape the Service, attempt to break its security, or post harassing, illegal, or infringing content. We may remove content and revoke access for violations.
6. Changes & availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PredictPix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
